
Discount Book Requisitions

As of February 2017, Ram Van will be fulfilling all discount book requests with digital passes. The request process remains largely unchanged, but here are a few things you should know:
- To request discount books, please use this form.
- Each Discount Book purchased will result in 12 individual emails sent to your inbox. As such, we highly recommend you set up an email filter or folder to organize your Ram Van discount book tickets. Please see our tutorial for how to keep all of your tickets organized via Gmail’s labeling feature
Electronic Discount Book tickets can be used in several ways:
- You may print out the ticket (and QR) code, and physically distribute the ticket
- The QR code attached to each ticket may be scanned by a Ram Van driver at time of departure
- You may pre-pay for a seat by using the Pre-Validation Code included in your ticket information
- You may email forward a ticket to the end user, who can then choose one of the above options.

Once you submit the form, you should have received an email asking you to confirm the dollar amount via a button that says “Verify Charge”.
If you’ve already submitted the confirmation, thanks! We review confirmed requests and issue tickets within 24-48 hours (if during business hours we usually issue them same day). If you are in a bind and need them faster, feel free to call us at (718) 817-4346 between 7AM and 7PM.
